Holy shit, this is awesome. Nice type & use of pixels for subtle detail. The only problem I see is the composition, but I can also see what you're going for. It's interesting & a bit tedious to scroll through at the same time - it makes it difficult to look at the overall piece.

At a glance, everything seems to tie in well & I really like the eyes & the slight "glow" you've created from the neon blue lines running around her body, but after looking at it with a bit more detail, I noticed that things are kind of inconsistent. There's depth on the metal parts & on the skirt of the outfit, but the upper part of her outfit is just solid with an outline. The bust area has an outline that grows thinner & the shoulder part is just a fixed outline.
